Nikon 10x70 Astroluxe Binocular 8209 utilizes top of the line, coma-corrected lenses and Nikon's exclusive Special Purpose (SP) glass for flare-free pin point image clarity. The glass in these Binoculars is specially ground and polished to eliminate surface aberrations and provide crisp, clear resolution and the highest possible light transmission. The Nikon Astroluxe Binoculars feature fully multi-coated lenses and prisms, with multiple layers of Nikon's proprietary anti-reflective lens coatings to improve light transmission, enhance color rendition, and provide flare-free viewing. The powerful 10x magnification is complemented by a large objective lens delivering the perfect balance of resolution and generous 7mm exit pupil. Nikon AstroLuxe 10x70mm Astronomy Binoculars use durable, all-metal construction and O-ring sealed nitrogen filled tubes for waterproof, shockproof and fogproof performance, and a unique "pebbled" surface to provide ergonomic viewing.
