Product Info for CRKT Sakimori Knife - 5.76 in Fixed Blade by James Williams Design w/ Kydex Sheath

Drawing its name from the Japanese translation of "Noble Defender", the CRKT Sakimori 5.76 in Fixed Blade Knife by James Williams Design is a modern design based on the close-in sword used by the Samurai. Meant for use in CQB situations where firearms cannot be deployed, the CRKT Sakimori Knife was developed to meet coalition forces requests for a more powerful tactical tool. The result is a short blade CQB knife featuring a full-tang dual grind, high-carbon steel Tanto blade in a high satin finish. The CRKT Sakimori Tactical Knife carries a high performance blade that should be well maintained - in particular, it is recommended that the blade be well oiled, to be ready in the field at a moment's notice. Classic cord-wrapped handles with ray skin underlays, which compares well to more modern handle materials, give excellent grip under all conditions. Sheaths are custom-fitted molded PVC with their own convertible belt-mounting system. Grip detents and flared entry lips allow the knives to be resheathed securely with one hand. A belt clip can be attached, and there is also a quick-release retaining strap. This fixed blade knife is designed for multiple carry options to suit the operator, and comes with a versatile Kydex sheath. CRKT Sakimori Knives command great respect, and are truly meant for today's military professional.image
