There is no secret to this process.
We gun drill each barrel individually with proper bearing honing guides, back-taper and nose geometry drills that gaurantee a straight, true precision hole, part after part.
Even after using the honings pads on the gundrill, we use a roller burnishing process that smooths the highs into the lows for a work hardened 8 micron finish.
