The GG&G AC-30 Accucam QD Mounting Base w/ Rings 1238 is made to give the shooter additional eye relief when crouching, sitting, or prone - positions in which the shooter tends to "creep up" on the scope The GG&G AC-30 Accucam Quick-Detach Mounting Base with Integral 30mm Scope Rings is tall enough to provide clearance for the large objective lenses of the latest long-range rifle scopes. The integrated Accucam Quick Detach Lever System provides the shooter with the ability to quickly remove the scope in order to utilize other optics as the mission may require, and have the confidence of 1/2 MOA repeatability upon reinstallation.

The GG&G AC30 Accucam QD Scope Base features a skeletonized construction that weighs only six ounces. Designed and manufactured to meet the rigors of combat and professional use, the GG&G AC-30 Quick Detach Scope Base is manufactured from solid billet 6061 T6 aluminum alloy and has a Type III hard coat anodized matte black mil-spec finish. All edges of the GGG Quick Detach Scope Mount have been dehorned to protect the operator. The scope base can be quickly installed on a dovetail rail in seconds by rotating the GG&G Accucam Cam Lever to the locked position. It can then be quickly removed by rotating the Accucam Cam Lever to the unlocked position. Unlike many QD systems, it is fully adjustable to fit Weaver and MIL-STD-1913 dovetails. The 30mm scope ring design allows you to adjust the tension to accommodate out of spec or worn dovetails. In tests, the patented Accucam Locking Lever System has shown to be repeatable to 1/2 MOA. The scope mount's unique finger loop lever is easily operated, even with a gloved hand and the rounded design is ergonomic and virtually snag proof. The GG&G Accucam Detachable Scope Mount mechanism is manufactured from solid billet 4140 steel and manganese phosphated matte black per mil-spec.
