Nighthawk Custom (FM Series) 1911 barrels are fully machined, full fit, match grade barrels, machined from premium-grade 416 stainless steel. All barrels are slightly oversized in lock-up areas and require gunsmith fitting. Nighthawk Custom barrels undergo multiple quality-control inspections throughout the machining process to ensure they meet Nighthawk Custom standards, and more importantly, the standards of our loyal customers.image
