"Based on an original photograph of our founder, Mr. David Keng taken in Cam Ranh Bay, South Vietnam in 1968. Mr. Keng was a Commander in the Republic of China (ROC) on Taiwans Navy at the time. Their mission was to transport surplus U.S. military equipment from South Vietnam back to Taiwan, where they could then be deployed against the Chinese Communists in the ongoing cross-straits conflict. - Da Keng"
