This modular battery pack allows you to remove the small watch batteries and end cap and replace with it with an external battery pack that contains 2 AAA batteries (included) that will give you run times of 20+ hours for your laser bore sight. This upgrade for for any AimShot 9mm bore sights. For use in any application where you do not need to close the chamber to perform the laser bore sight. Most semi automatic pistols you have to close the chamber in order to bore sight, and this will not work. But in cases where the barrel is fixed in place (a 9mm AR or other pistol caliber carbines for example) this will greatly extend the battery life of your bore sight.
