Lead-Lined Polyethylene Storage Boxes, SCIENCEWARE*

For safe storage of gamma or beta radiation-emitting substances. Store vials, instruments, samples, solutions or waste.

Consists of a complete lead shield 0.76mm (1/32") thick encased in 6.4mm (1/4") thick high-density polyethylene on each side. No lead is exposed. Lid has similar construction with a 32mm (11/4") overlap to prevent any radiation leakage. Box handle measures 89x29mm (31/2x11/8") inside the lifting loop.
