CRKT M16-13 Carson Special Forces Tanto Folding Knife is a military-ready folding knife with plenty of top-notch features and a lightweight, compact design. The open build of the CRKT knife allows two Carson Flippers to be incorporated, resulting in a true hilt - very rare in folding knives. The knife features a 3.50" dual grind Tanto blade, made from 8Cr14MoV stainless steel and forged into a sharp combo edge with smooth Veff serration. The blade, frame and hardware of the Columbia River M16-13 SF Combo Veff Edge Tanto Folder Knife feature a non-reflective finish, and the blade is equipped with a titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit Carson's trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard on the knife, creating a one-hand opening and closing system that is quick and smooth. CRKT has equipped the knife with their exclusive patented AutoLAWKS automatic safety, which turns the folder into a virtual fixed blade automatically.
