The throw lever of A.R.M.S. mount has a self-locking mechanism that will tighten down as it is placed in closed position. Only in rare occasions can the throw lever possibly disengage itself as a result of an unlikely direct strike from the rear. This spring loaded latch system will lock the lever in place in such incidences. The kit contains a three-piece part for self-installation. It provides security without foregoing the ease and convenience of the A.R.M.S. throw lever system. Since self-assembly is required, PentagonLight only guarantees installation on
A.R.M.S. mounts integrated with PentagonLight systems.
The self-assembly kit includes a latch, a spring, a positioning screw, and thread locker. No drilling required since the hole for installing the latch is already present in all PentagonLight M-Series lights.
